Æge Energy UK & Ireland appoints Ed Pauwels as Head of Programme Delivery

Æge Energy is pleased to announce that Ed Pauwels will join Æge Energy UK & Ireland as Head of Programme Delivery from February 2026.

Ed is a senior project and programme manager with extensive experience delivering complex, business-critical initiatives across the energy, power, offshore renewables, oil & gas,telecommunications and IT sectors. He brings a strong track record in EPC delivery, asset management and large-scale systems integration, with consistent delivery on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.

Throughout his career, Ed has led large, multidisciplinary and international teams on high-value EPC and infrastructure programmes. His experience spans grid services, energy storage, offshore wind, subsea HVDC, smart grids, SCADA, and operational readiness, as well as regulatory compliance and organisational transformation programmes.

Ed holds an MSc in Advanced Environmental & Energy Studies, an MSc in Business Administration, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications). His combination of technical depth, commercial awareness and leadership capability will be a strong asset to Æge Energy as we continue to grow our UK & Ireland activities.
