Lucas Fabre is the new Managing Director of Æge Energy UK & Ireland

Lucas brings extensive experience across the energy sector, with a strong focus on energy transition, decarbonisation, and project development. He has held several positions in the industry, leading EnergyTransition initiatives at Solvay and Syensqo and has been working recently as Senior Project Manager for data centers development and energy projects both in Norway and in the UK. Lucas will also continue to work with our Norwegian partners. He holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Environment from INSA Lyon (France) and has further strengthened his leadership capabilities through executive programs at Yale University and INSEAD.

As CEO for Æge Group Ole-Kristian Jacobsen says:

Richard's project management consultancy, Synergist Solutions Ltd, will be continuing their relationship with Æge Group, as Principal Consultant for advisory services to our major projects in both UK and Norway, in addition to supporting Lucas with sales, marketing and customer relations in UK.
